We maintain two suckler herds of cattle, where calves stay with their mothers until naturally weaned: White Park cattle(on the left), the oldest breed of cattle in the England, and Blonde d’Aquitaine(on the right), a large, continental breed, developed specifically to produce the finest quality beef. We hang all of our beef for 28 days to allow flavour to develop and to ensure tenderness. We soon will have Aberdeen Angus beef as we have recently bought a aberdeen Angus bull
